How do I maximise my chances of closing a deal?

Before taking this course, students will feel frustrated and bewildered at the complexity of trying to close deals with their customer. They will have lost lots of deals and have many deals that are just not making progress.
By taking this course, students will be confident that they know what they are doing to progress an opportunity through the sales process from making an initial contact with the customer to closing the deal. They will be confident that they know what they are doing and are focussed and driven on closing deals.

The intended audience is people who are relatively new to working in sales. They could be someone whose sole job is sales, a one-person company that needs to sell their services to others or someone just starting their own company that needs to sell their products but is not sure how to go about it. The course would also be helpful for people who have some experience but want to improve their sales performance.
They will be people who struggle to successfully progress opportunities to a successful conclusion and are therefore failing to meet their targets
